As a responsible company we are working under Government guidelines for the well being of all guests and staff. We regularly revise and update these in response to the fast-changing situation regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19). We are also taking extra measures above our usual hygiene standards, to sanitise all areas.
As we entered Tier 4 on the 1 January 2021 it has been necessary to update this page. The bar, restaurant and hotel are all closed until further notice. Only our take-away remains open.
Here is a summary of actions taken from our COVID-19 Risk Assessment
- Face masks must be worn by everyone when ordering or collecting take-away meals, except those with medical exemptions. Anyone refusing to comply will be asked to leave.
- Staff now wear either masks or visors, when serving, to conform with new regulations.
- Antibacterial hand wash is available in all downstairs toilet/washroom facilities and every hotel room. All customers etc MUST use the hand gel provided.
- All public areas, toilets and staff working areas, are sanitised and disinfected at regular intervals. Notices have been placed on the back of all toilet doors to instruct users to wash their hands, as per NHS recommendations.
- All laundry is washed at the highest temperature setting, as recommended by the manufacturer.
- Clear instructions have been provided for staff about self-isolation procedures.
Please contact us if you have any questions about these measures.
